I am not daunted by adversity; I find it motivating. I have an innate ability to see the opportunity in every situation. Perhaps that is why I am someone who constantly initiates change in the world around me. Bringing people together around a common goal and leading them to achieve what they thought to be impossible is what drives me. In fact, I've made a career of it.
As a leader, I take an honest, determined and inclusive approach to identifying challenges and opportunities, finding creative solutions, setting ambitious targets and driving results. My approach is underpinned by my belief in servant leadership. Leaders' primary consideration should be to set the stage, not to be on it. To inspire, empower, promote and serve your constituents knowing that your success will be dependent upon the success of those around you.
