Established and lead a working group of post-secondary institutions, municipalities, private and non-profit organizations across the Edmonton Region to produce a regional strategy for 5G deployment across the region.

Organized an advocacy mission to Ottawa with 18 businesses, entrepreneurs, postsecondary

institutions and non-profit organizations attending 24 meetings with government officials, hosting a reception for 60 influencers and achieving a social media reach of 63,049 users and 195,967  impressions.

 I have developed a leadership program for women that teaches leadership competencies through a peer-learning model and develops a network of support.

 I launched a regional COVID-19 response team initiative, leading regional meetings, producing updates and spearheading virtual briefings on economic and market conditions, trends, opportunities and threats.  

Initiated a pilot program between the federal, provincial and municipal governments to collaborate on increasing competitiveness for attracting petrochemical investments.

Organized and emceed a municipal advocacy workshop for 40 municipal representatives from across Alberta. Founded and chaired the Alberta Municipal Advocacy Partnership.

Managed the annexation process between St. Albert and Sturgeon County, including negotiating, drafting and executing a Memorandum of Agreement and establishing a process and structure for ongoing deliberations.
