I developed and delivered a leadership program to four cohorts across various ages and sectors, who all identified it helped them with their confidence and abilities as leaders.
I have also successfully developed high-performing teams that deliver strong results, while maintaining a positive culture.
I am passionate about developing leaders and positive cultures that empower everyone to bring their whole selves to work and thrive.
I built a diverse international business development team from the ground up across 10 countries. I was told by some that business development teams are inherently and internally competitive. Cutthroat salespeople. But I believed I could build a team focused on collaboration and a common purpose. I developed a strategy and structures focused on deal teams, external partnerships, and fostering creativity. The result was a highly engaged team that drove results of $20 billion in investments but also loved working with each other.
I recruited and led an international business development team that was 56% female and 38% BIPOC. The culture we built as a team was focused on collaboration, inclusion, and purpose.

In 2020, I developed a leadership program for women. Recognizing a gap in available leadership training, I developed a program for anyone looking to build their leadership skills regardless of age, title or industry. The program is for current leaders and leaders-in-waiting to identify their competencies, strengths and life direction.
It provides foundational and holistic leadership programming focusing on elements of emotional quotient (managing relationships) and spiritual quotient (knowing yourself). It is built on the premise of authenticity and community.
I designed this program to be purposeful, inward-looking, and incorporate peer learning. Leaders teaching and supporting others in developing their leadership skills is fundamental to the program, with the ripple effect of “paying it forward” and helping other current and aspiring leaders.
